From We Desi to Sabr
The same kitchen. A slower table.
For years we fed Deer Park from a counter. Tikkas over the coals, biryani by the pot, rolls wrapped to go. It was fast, and it was loved. Sabr is what happens when we stop rushing: recipes from Lahore, Delhi and Karachi cooked the long way, a proper bar, linen, low light, and no one asking you to leave.
